What we collect
When you reserve a unit, we collect your first and last name, email address, phone number, and shipping address. We also collect payment card details, which are sent directly to our payment processor, Square, and saved by Square as a card on file — we do not store your full card number ourselves.
How we use it
We use this information to fulfill your order, ship your unit, send you email confirmations and updates, and deliver SMS text alerts to the phone number you provide as part of the RFD Alert service. We do not sell your personal information.
Advertising and cookies
This site uses the Meta Pixel, an analytics tool from Meta (Facebook), to measure the effectiveness of our advertising and understand how visitors use this page. The Meta Pixel uses cookies and similar technology in your browser to do this. Meta may combine this information with other data it has about you in accordance with its own data policy. We also use Google's advertising tag (gtag.js) to measure conversions from our Google Ads campaigns, which similarly uses cookies in your browser. You can control cookies and ad personalization through your browser settings, through your Facebook ad preferences, and through your Google ad settings.
SMS alerts
If you sign up, you consent to receive automated SMS text alerts and account messages from RFD Alert, including alerts to the phone number you provide when your mailbox sensor is triggered. Message frequency depends on your mailbox activity; message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel or HELP for help once service is active.
